1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petgraphy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Petgraphy is an AI-powered pet recovery platform. We deploy automated agents that scan public online sources — including social media groups, forums, classifieds, and shelter databases — to find potential matches for your lost pet using photo recognition and other signals. When a potential match is found, we notify you via email and/or SMS.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Account and Payment

• Petgraphy is a one-time purchase of $29 per lost pet case.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied. Contact us to request a refund.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information about your pet and its last known location.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to locate animals you do not own or have legal authority to recover.
• You are responsible for verifying any potential matches before taking action.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Petgraphy uses AI and automated scanning to assist in finding lost pets. We do not guarantee that your pet will be found. Match suggestions are probabilistic and should be verified by you. We are not liable for false positives, missed matches, or any actions you take based on match notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Petgraphy. You retain ownership of photos and information you upload but grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs including Google, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petgraphy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
